摘要
在缓冲电路中引入一个有源器件，它与主功率器件共用一套时序控制电路，使开关过程得以软化，以实现高频工作与高效率，并给出了仿真波形和实验结果。
By introducing an active device into snubber circuit,which uses the same sequence circuit with main power devices,soft switching can been obtained,and high frequency and high effiency becomes possible.Simulating waveforms and experimental results are provided.
