摘要
科学技术的发展和人们生活观念的不断进步,给汽车行业的发展带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。DOE技术由于其诸多的优点在工程技术研究各领域的应用日趋广泛。以提高车身的模态频率和实现车身的轻量化为目标,将DOE分析方法引入到车身板厚参数的优化中,得到可行的优化方案,车身的第一阶模态频率提高了16%,车身的质量减少了8 kg。
With the development of technology, automobile industry is confronted with many challenges and opportunities. Design of experiment (DOE) based analysis is an advanced technology and is widely used in many fields. In order to increase the mode freguency and reduce the weight of the auto body, the DOE based analysis was introduced into auto body structure optimization to get optimum body-sheet thickness parameters and a feasible project. Using the optimization the mode frequency has increased by 16 % and the weight of the auto body has decreased by 8 kg.
