摘要
随着数字技术的普及和发展,合理使用制度面临冲击与挑战,文章对此进行分析并阐述了重构图书馆合理使用制度的思路。
Along with the popularization and development of digital technology, the copyright fair use of library is facing impact and challenge. This article tries to analyze issues it,and probes into the way of thinking of reconstructing the copyright fair use system of library.
