公共图书馆在发展历程中其职能经历了数次变化,体现了图书馆人对图书馆使命的认识的深化,正确认识使命则有助于事业发展,否则会给事业带来损害。
The functions of public library underwent several change in development process that reflected the deeper understanding the library mission. The right understanding the mission then contributes to the library cause development, otherwise, it will bring damage for library cause.
