摘要
通过对近代以来我国公共图书馆发展历程的反思和对数字时代面临挑战的分析,从我国公共图书馆发展历史和现实的理论与实践层面探究"21世纪新图书馆运动"产生的原因、发展的条件、以及今后的发展方向。指出"21世纪新图书馆运动"开展两年来的价值和意义在于从理论上厘清了我国公共图书馆发展的历史问题和现实处境,从而在精神、价值层面实现对我国公共图书馆未来发展的重新选择与定位。而未来发展的关键是将"21世纪新图书馆运动"的理论成果上升到我国公共图书馆建设实践的制度、法律层面。
Through the reconsidering to the development course of our country public library since the modern times, and the analysis to the challenges which are faced with in the digital age, the reason of generation, the condition of development and the development direction in future of ＂New Library Movement of the 21 st Century＂ are inquired from the aspect of the theories and the practices of the history and reality of our country public library, The valve and significance of the ＂New Library Movement of the 21st Century＂ developed for two years which are pointed out in this paper are that the questions of history and the realistic situation of the development of our country public library are cleared, thus the new choice and localization to the development of our public library in the future are realized in the aspect of the spirit and valve. However the key of the development in the future is that the theory achievement of ＂New Library Movement of the 21 st Century＂ is raised to the plane of system and law of the construction for our country public library.
