摘要
全现浇钢筋混凝土楼板的裂缝是目前较难克服的建筑质量通病之一,特别是住宅工程楼板发生裂缝,往往引起投诉、纠纷及索赔问题等。对此,笔者从设计中的重点加强部位、商品混凝土的性能改善及施工中应采取的主要技术措施三个方面阐述了建筑工程中钢筋混凝土板裂缝的原因,并提出了相应的对策。
Cracks in cast - in - place reinforced concrete is one of the problems which are difficult to be solved, especially the cracks in floor slab of house building often arouse appeals, disputes, even claim damages. The writer, in view of these, analyzes the courses of cracks from the main - reinforced positions in design, the improvement in properties of commercial concrete and the main technical measures we should adapt. And then, the writer gives a few countermeasures on solving the problem.
