摘要
高等职业教育担负着为我国现代化建设培养创新人才的任务。目前创新人才的培养却存在着诸多不利的因素,如何克服这些不利的因素,建构创新人才的培养模式,拟就这些问题做些探讨。
The higher professional education has the responsibility of training innovation personnel for our country＇ s modernization construction. But, at the present there are much disadvantageous factors. This paper discusses how to overcome these disadvantageous factors for talented person with innovation ability, how to make the standard of talented person with innovation ability, how to construct this training pattern .
