摘要
学术界对于电子政务主要是从政府即电子政务建设者的角度关注的。本文从一个不同的角度即公民的角度来研究我国电子政务发展过程中存在的若干问题及对策分析,希望对我国电子政务的实践有一定的借鉴意义。
E - government is paid more attention to the government, that is, from the viewpoint of the constructor of the E - government in the academic field. E - government is paid more attention to from the point of view of the citizens in this paper and it is anticipated that it will be beneficial to the practice in China.
