摘要
船舶焊接技术是现代造船模式中的关键技术之一,先进的船舶高效焊接技术,在提高船舶建造效率、降低船舶建造成本、提高船舶建造质量等方面具有非常重要的作用,也是企业提高经济效益的有效途径。文中阐述了船舶工业快速发展中的船舶焊接技术的关键作用,并重点介绍了船舶焊接技术的新发展:船舶热切割技术、船舶焊接材料、船舶焊接设备及专用工装,船舶焊接规范与节能环保等,并提出了船舶焊接技术的发展目标与措施,努力开创船舶焊接技术的新局面。
Welding is one of the key technologies in modern shipbuilding mode. Advanced and high-efficient shipbuilding welding plays an important role in raising the efficiency, reducing the cost, and improving the quality and economic performance, etc. The key effect of welding in the rapidly developing shipbuilding industry was expounded. New developments of shipbuilding welding technology in detail, including hot cutting, welding materials, welding equipments and special purpose welding equipments, welding standards, energy economy and environmental protection, etc were introduced. Forward developing target and measurements of shipbuilding welding technology were put forward, to open up a new prospect of shipbuilding welding technology.
