摘要
对《海南城乡总体规划》中的基础设施统筹规划的主要内容和做法进行了全面介绍,阐述了从全省整体上统筹各地区与各行业发展的规划理念,对规划体现的地域特色、系统性、综合性进行了重点诠释,为省域资源合理调配、资源共享、基础设施共用提供了一种可供借鉴的规划模式。
This paper, by introducing the contents of the infrastructure integration planning in the Urban-Rural Master Plan of Hainan, presents the planning ideology of integrating the development of all regions and sectors of the province. It explains the local identity, systematic and comprehensive feature embodied in the plan, and provides a referable planning mode for reasonable allocation of provincial resources, and share of resources and infrastructure.
