摘要
根据承载裕度均衡原则优化了多道次变薄拉深变薄量分配关系,并在此基础上优化了各凹模半锥角。
An optimization design method of multi step ironing process parameters is proposed. In accordance with the loading allowance balance principle, the distribution of thickness reduction among the steps is optimized, based on which the die cone angles are also improved.
