摘要
介绍了铸钢分离器的化学成分及其使用性能要求和结构特点.同时较详细地介绍了铸钢专用A3N02焊条的研制技术路线、焊条配方设计、焊条性能试验结果等.焊接的铸钢分离器使用考核表明:焊接接头的使用性能达到了技术指标要求,并超过了母材铸钢的性能;产品使用寿命较原来焊接的铸钢分离器提高了6~7倍,并产生了良好的综合经济效益.因此,焊条确定的焊缝化学成分与母材相近及高塑性、高韧性的性能匹配原则的研制技术路线是正确的,采用钛钙型焊条药皮配方的设计是合理的.
The paper introduces the chemical compositions of cast-steel , the operational performance and design feature of the cast-steel separator and the A3N02 electrode’s technological research route, formula design and the weldability examed result and so on were introduced. The application of cast-steel separator approves that the operational performance of welded joint meets the request of technical criteria and is better than that of base material; the service life is enhanced approximately 6-7 time than that of the original cast-steel separator, and the good comprehensive economic efficiency is coming into being. Therefore, the chemical compositions of the electrode is close to that of base material, which approve that the developing method with matching high-plasticity and high-tenacity performentce is correct.
