摘要
双PWM交流传动系统由于其高功率因数、低谐波污染和能量可逆已成为"绿色电能变换"的新星之一,而空间矢量PWM与普通的SPWM控制相比具有直流电压利用率高,开关频率低,动态性能好的优点。给出了一种基于TMS320LF2407A和IPM(智能功率模块)全数字双SVPWM控制能量回馈电梯传动系统的实现方案。首先介绍了主电路及其工作原理,然后着重描述了两个变换器的控制方案和系统硬件电路设计;最后给出了原型机的运行结果。实验结果表明,该系统电路简单,功率因数高,电流电压谐波小,节能效果明显。
Dual-PWM AC drive system is a new star in the family of green conversion techniques for the merits of high power factor, low harmonic pollution and energy feed-back. Compared to conventional SPWM, space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) has higher DC voltage utilization ratio, low switching losses and better dynamic performances. A scheme of the energy feed-back elevator drive system was presented, which is based on TMS320LF2407A and IPM. At first, the main circuit and principle was introduced. Secondly, it focused on the control methods of two converters and the hardware structure of the system. At last, the experimental result of the prototype was given. It shows that the control system has higher power factor, lower current, voltage harmonic and lower power loss, what's more, the effect of saving energy is distinct and the circuit is simple.
