摘要 以5-硝基苯并咪唑酮为原料,以骨架镍为催化剂,高压加氢制备了5-氨基苯并咪唑酮,研究了骨架镍的类型及循环回收利用、反应温度、压力和反应溶剂及用量对反应的影响.通过实验得到了适宜的反应条件,以乙醇为溶剂,其用量为120 mL/mol硝基物,反应温度90 ~95 ℃,反应压力2~3 MPa,催化剂用量为硝基物质量的4%~5%,可循环回收利用4次,得到产物5-氨基苯并咪唑酮,产物收率约为90%,产物的质量分数达到99.0%以上. 5-Aminobenzimidazolone-2 was prepared from 5-nitrobenzimidazolone-2 by hydrogenation under pressure with catalyst Raney Ni. The appropriate reaction conditions were as follows. The solvent was ethanol and the volume was 120 mL per mol nitro compound. The reaction temperature ranged from 90 ℃ to 95 ℃. The pressure ranged from 2 MPa to 3 MPa. Amount of the catalyst was 4% -5% (based on the nitro compound ). The Raney Ni was recycled for four times. Aminobenzimidazolone-2 was produced in 90% yield and of 99.0% purity.
