摘要
本文综述了压电晶体化学传感器在气相、液相物质和生物学上的应用，介绍了压电晶体化学传感器的新型装置（如传感器阵列）、新型敏感材料.
A review dealing with the recent use of piezoelectric crystal as chemical sensors,including gas - phase piezoelectric crystal sensors. liquid - phase piezoelectric crystal sensors and piezoelectric crystal biosensors is presented. The new coating materials and a system using a piezoelectric crystal sensor array and neural - network pattern recognition are discussed.
