摘要
运用空间轴对称有限元方法,研究了双纤维增强金属基复合材料热残余应力的分布及其对基体和纤维的影响。研究表明:热残余应力可导致不对称的应力分布,使基体受拉伸、纤维受压缩;使基体与纤维的交界面处产生较大的塑性应变。
Distribution of thermal residual stress and its effects on the stress distribution in the matrix and fiber of beth fibers reinforced metal matrix composite are studied using the large strain three - dimension axisymmet- ric elastoplastic finite element method. It is demonstrated that the thermal residual stresses can result in asymmetrical stress distributions. It tends to extend matrix yet compress fiber ; and bring the larger plastic strain in interface of matrix and fiber.
