摘要
为防止热喷涂过程中FeS的氧化烧损,采用化学镀方法对平均粒径为31μm(400目)的FeS粉末进行化学镀镍,制备出了FeS粉末表面完整包覆镍的适合热喷涂的复合粉末。利用正交试验优化出了镀液最佳组分及镀覆的最佳工艺;同时分析了主要工艺条件对镀覆效果的影响;运用XRD、SEM和粉末剖面金相对样品进行形貌观察和分析表征。结果表明,溶液中的镍离子浓度、次磷酸钠浓度、温度以及pH值的增大,都会加快沉积速度;文中试验条件下,可在原始的FeS粉末颗粒表面包覆了一层致密均匀的镍层。
In order to prevent the oxidation of FeS in the process of thermal spraying, a new process of electroless nickel plating on FeS powders was developed for preparation of Ni-FeS composite powders. The best components of solution and plating technology were filtered out through orthogonal experiments, meanwhile the main influencing factors on the plating process were also analyzed. XRD and SEM were utilized to characterize the properties and microstructure of the FeS powder, the results indicated that the nickel deposition rate can be accelerated by increasing PH value, temperature, concentration of nickel sulfate and natrium hypophosphite; in this test an uniform and high quality nickel film could be coated on FeS powders.
