摘要
在传统的传感器测试系统中,存在着系统配置时间长、测试精度低、工作量大的问题。为解决系统存在的不足,利用具有先进的机械、电气、软件规范的PXI总线作为虚拟仪器的测试平台,研制开发了一种基于PXI总线和虚拟仪器技术的智能传感器测试系统。该系统能够实现传感器的即插即用和自动配置,大大缩短了配置系统的时间。由于采用了性能先进的硬件产品,它同时也是一种多通道多传感器的智能测试系统,能够对采集的数据进行实时分析,从而更快地得出试验结果。
There are many shorteomings in the tradition test system,for example taking long time to disposition and work capacity big and gathering the efficiency low. In order to solve the problems, it use the PXI bus that has advanced mechanical, electric and software criteflon as the platform of virtual iustnment. A intellectual sensor test system based on PXI Bus and virtual imminent was designed. The sensor's ping-and-play comes true and the system takes less time to configure the system . Because the system uses the advanced hardwires ,it is also a multi-channels and multi-sensors intellectual testing system.It can analyze the data in time,so can get the results quickly.
