摘要 环氧树脂胶粘剂经常在腐蚀环境中使用,因此其耐蚀性能的研究就显得格外重要。配制四种不同的胶粘剂,测试其耐蚀性。腐蚀试验采用机油、NaOH水溶液、NaCl水溶液和HCl水溶液做腐蚀介质,测试腐蚀后的胶粘剂的拉伸剪切强度,通过与未腐蚀的胶粘剂的拉伸剪切强度比较,研究在不同介质中,不同组分的加入对胶粘剂耐腐蚀性的影响。推荐了具有较好耐介质腐蚀的环氧树脂纳米胶粘涂层的最佳配方,为其在胶粘剂领域推广应用积累基础数据。 Epoxy resin adhesives are used in corrosive environment frequently,therefore the study of their anti-corrosion performance is extraordinarily important. In this thesis, four different kinds of adhesives according the best formula were studied in order to obtain the anti-corrosion performance. In corrosive experiment,machine oil, NaOH aqueous solution, sodium chloride aqueous solution and hydrochloric acid aqueous solution were selected as aggressive medium. Tested their tensive and shearing strength of adhesives that have been corrupted. And then elicited the influence of different composition for the anti-corrosion performance by comparing with the shearing strength which have not been corrupted. The basic data are recommended for the aim of usage in bonding field.
