摘要
以煤矸石为原料,制备了低成本纳米二氧化硅(SiO2.xH2O)。采用红外光谱、XRD、TEM等技术对产物进行了表征,结果表明制备的纳米二氧化硅粉体呈球形、粒径分布范围为15~20 nm,纯度高于99.98%。
Low cost nano -sized silica white (SiO2·xH2O) was prepared by using coal gangue as precursor. The powders were characterized with XRD,IR and TEM. The results show that the powders are approximately of spherical grains with particle size in a range of 15 -20nm and the purity was higher than 99. 95 %.
