摘要
城市公共空间开发管理是目前国内城市规划的热点问题,而企业开发管理公共空间是其中的一项重要内容。首先回顾了国外企业开发公共空间的产生及其发展,探讨了国内企业开发管理公共空间的现状。在此基础上展开了对本土企业开发管理公共空间的研究,重点选取了深圳华侨城生态广场这一成功的实例进行考察,最后总结出以"企业开发、生态设计、系统管理、利益兼顾、共促发展"为主要内容的华侨城生态广场模式,希望为现阶段中国企业开发管理公共空间提供参考。
The construction and management of urban public open space is the focus of urban planning nowadays, of which the construction and management of urban public open space by enterprises is an important aspect. Its history was first reviewed and the situation of the construction and management of urban public open space by enterprises in all ages both in China and aboard was referred to. Based on the case study of the Huaqiaocheng Ecological Square, which is one of the most successful public open space in China, a pattern of the construction and management of urban public open space by enterprises was concluded which was named the Pattern of the Huaqiaocheng Ecological Square, with the main contents of ＂development by enterprise, ecological design, systematic management, benefits adjustment and harmonious development＂. It is hoped to provide reference to the construction and management of urban public open space by enterprises.
