摘要
[目的]评价高职护理专业学生自我接纳水平与应对方式之间的关系,并实施针对性的心理干预,为高职院校培养高素质护理人才提供理论依据。[方法]以浙江省某高职院校护理专业248名大学生为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组给予集体心理健康教育进行心理干预,对照组不采取干预措施。用自我接纳问卷(SAQ)和特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)及自制心理干预效果问卷分别评定新生和毕业生自我接纳水平、应对方式。[结果]2002级与2003级新生自我接纳水平、自我评价无统计学差异,自我接纳与特质应对方式中积极应对呈正相关,与消极应对呈负相关;两组自我接纳评分无统计学差异,而干预组自我评价、积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组。[结论]心理干预措施切实有效。
Objective: To evaluate the relation between self- acceptance and coping style of nursing students in high occupational school, to carry out corresponding mental intervention, and to provide some theoretical bases for culti- vating high- quality talented people for high occupational school. Methods: A total of 248 college nursing students from a high occupational school of Zhejiang province were divided into test and control group randomly. Students of test group were given collective psychological health education. Students of control group did were not given any intervention strategies at all. Both the self - acceptance level and coping style of either freshmen or graduates were evaluated by filling out self- acceptance questionnaire (SAQ), trait coping style questionnaire (TCSQ) and self- made mental intervention effect questionnaire respectively. Results: There was no statistical significant difference in terms of self- acceptance level and self - evaluation between freshmen of grade 2002 and grade 2003. And it showed a positive correlation between self - acceptance, self- evaluation and positive coping of trait coping styles, There was a negative correlation between self - acceptance, self - evaluation and negative coping of trait coping styles, However, there was no statistical significant difference in terms of self - acceptance between test and control group students. In terms of self - evaluation, students of the test group were higher than that of control group. There were statistical significant differences in terms of trait coping styles between test and control group students. Conclusion: Mental in- tervention strategies are effective.
