摘要
高校图书馆数字化建设中在馆藏信息资源数字化、数据库建设和图书馆数字化作为网络传播等方面涉及知识产权问题.其应对措施是在法定范围内掌握合理使用原则,建立和完善法定许可制度,增强馆员的法律意识,重视复合型人才的培养.
The knowledge property right will be a problem in the digitalization construction of universities＇ libraries with the digitalization of library information resources, database construction, library digitalization used as network media. The following measures should be taken to solve the problem： mastering the rules of rational utilization within legal limits; building and improving a system of law permission; strengthening the law consciousness of the librarians; and laying an emphasis on cultivation of compound talents.
