用废旧EPS制备建筑涂料的实验研究

摘要 介绍了目前废旧塑料处理的现状,提出了以废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS)为基料,选择合适的溶剂、添加剂和颜料制取涂料的配方,通过实验得出涂料的配方为基料23%,溶剂48%,添加剂12%,颜料17%,并对此涂料的各组份进行了分析。经过试验测试,此涂料黏结力强,并且具有干燥快、耐水性、耐酸碱性、耐油性、柔韧性好等特点。此涂料使用方便,生产工艺简单,用途也较广泛。最后从成本和效益方面阐述了此技术的可行性。 The thesis introduces the present disposal of waste plastics. It gives a formula for building paint by using waste polystyrene foamed plastics (EPS) and choosing suitable solvent, additive and pigment. Through experiments the formula follows: the base material (EPS) is 23% , the solvent 48% and the pigment 17%. And it also analyzes the paint composition. Some tests have been testified that the paint has some advantages such as excellent cohesive force, waterproof, acid-proof, alkali-proof, oil-proof, fast dryness etc. The paint is easy in use, simple in technological process and widely used. The thesis at last discusses the feasibility of the technology from its cost and economic benefit.
