摘要
教育公平作为社会公平的重要组成部分,在构建和谐社会中具有不可替代的推动作用。然而,目前我国基础教育不公平问题依然存在。为解决这一问题,文章将以新公共管理理论为视角,通过阐述改革政府的思想,探讨解决基础教育不公平的新公共管理对策。
As an essential part of social equity, education equity absolutely plays an important role in promoting the building of harmonious society. However, inequity still exists in elementary education. In order to solve the problem, the paper, which stands from the perspective of the theory of new public management, explores the countermeasures to education inequity through explaining the idea of reforming government.
