摘要
在分析了ZG0Cr23Ni13炉用耐热钢工件的失效基础上,研究了化学成分、固溶处理、变质处理、金属型浇注诸因素的作用。检测了试样的常温及高温力学性能、抗热疲劳性能及金相组织。取得的数据可用于指导生产,为替代锻件奠定了基础。
Based on the failure analysis of heat resistant steel casting used in heat treatment furnace, the factors, such as chemical composition, solution treatment, modification and gravity die casting were studied. The mechanical properties in room and high temperature, thermal fatigue in high temperature were shown, structure analysis by optic and electronic microscope was examined. Data obtained will be applied to production guide for steel casting and a foundation will be laid in substituting casting for the forging.
