摘要
介绍国内外雷达视频采集处理卡的设计方案及典型产品,给出雷达视频采集处理卡在港口监视雷达组网成船舶交通管理系统、在航海实践中实时传输雷达图像和在航海教育中利用校园网进行雷达网络教学等方面的应用,对港口、航海实践和航海教育有现实指导意义.
The typical domestic and foreign product and design scheme for card of radar video acquisition and transaction is introduced. The applications of the card in the port surveillance radar for the vessel traffic service system, in real time transfer of radar image in maritime practice and education based on the campus internet are systematically described. The card of radar video acquisition and transaction has a practical implication to ports, maritime practice and education.
