摘要
目的探讨坚强内固定技术在颌骨骨折治疗中的临床应用价值。方法对386例颌骨骨折病例，行坚强内固定技术治疗，分别在术后1个月、3个月和6个月复查，拍摄X线或CT片，观察患者面部形态、骨折线对位愈合情况、咬袷关系及开口度等功能恢复情况。结果386例中380例一期愈合，6例延期愈合，X线或CT片示骨折线对位良好，患者面部形态、咬袷关系及开口度恢复理想。结论坚强内固定技术治疗颌骨骨折具有疗效可靠、操作简单、创伤小、愈合快等优点，是一种理想的治疗方法。
To discuss the application value of rigid internal fixation technique on treating jaw fracture. Methods Three hundred and eighty - six patients with jaw fractures were treated by rigid internal fixation, then to observe facial profile, healing of fracture line, final occlusion and opening mouth by X - ray irradiation and CT scanning in one month, three months and six months after operation, respectively. Results Only six patients were delayed to heal, the other 380 patients were successfully recovered on time. Examination being done by X - ray irradiation and CT scanning showed us that healing of fracture line was very good, and facial profile, occlusion and opening mouth restored normally. Condusion The internal fixation technique is characterized by reliable treatment effect, simple operation,little injury and fast healing, as a result, it is a kind of ideal method to treat jawbone fracture.
