摘要
根据Ms点温度设计锰、碳成分,得到中锰奥氏体钢,通过水韧处理和回火,使工件达到硬度和韧性的最佳配合,并在随后的冲击磨损工作条件下,表面形成大量的形变α马氏体或ε马氏体,达到耐磨要求。根据试验结果,所研究的中锰钢有良好的效果,能满足使用要求。
