摘要
安全是国际关系理论的核心概念。女性主义认为,传统安全观过于强调军事安全和国家安全,忽视女性在安全领域的重要作用。女性主义强调多元的、反映女性特质的安全观,认为安全是所有人的安全;经济安全与军事安全同样重要;环境安全与女性息息相关;安全应以人为中心。女性主义安全观无意取代主流国际安全观的地位,而是要在国际关系中加进女性视角,使之更客观公正地反映国际关系的现实。
Security is a key concept in international relations. From a feminist perspective, traditional notions of security emphasize military security and national security, neglecting the important role of women in the arena of security. Feminists stress an outlook of security that is multi-dimensional and reflects female characteristics and that takes everyone＇s security as security. Economic security is as important as military security and environmental security is closely linked to women＇s lives. Security should be centred on people. Feminist perspective of security is not intended to replace the mainstream international security concept. What it is intended is to add women＇s views to those in international relations in order for it to reflect more accurately the realities of international relations.
