摘要
本文通过对大连医科大学图书馆大学生读者的抽样调查,反映了读者对图书馆馆藏资源建设和服务的满意程度,以求为服务创新找到切实有效的思路和措施,为图书馆服务和管理的改进提供一定的依据。
Through sampling research and analysis of undergraduates in Dalian Medical University Library, the paper reflects their degree of satisfaction to library resources and service. It will help us to find a valid way of thinking and measure for service innovation, and also provide a basis for the improvement of library service and management.
