摘要
本文简要介绍了销钉式挤出机的结构特点，并结合其结构特点重点介绍了销钉式挤出机对胶料的塑化与混炼机理，挤出量提高的机理以及功耗降低的原因，同时还介绍了销钉式挤出机设计中的一些问题。
In this paper a brief introduction to the structure chatacteristics about the pin barrel extruder is presented.At the same time,the principle of plasticating and mixed refining for the rubber materials,the principle of raising the output of production and the cause of reducing exhausted power are discussed in detail.Some structured designing is also investigated.
