介绍了房地产异地营销产品须具备的条件,分析了房地产异地营销面临的问题,有针对性地提出了房地产异地营销的宣传推广模式、产品展示模式及有效的信息传递模式三种解决对策,以更好地推动房地产市场的发展。
Necessary conditions for other areas' market of real estate are introduced.Based upon analysis of questions faced in other areas' market by real estate enterprises corresponding resolving measures are proposed,which contain promotional mode,product show and information transfer mode in order to promote the development of real estate market.
