摘要
通过对瑞信集团私人银行的组织体系、管理体制、服务模式、产品开发、业务战略、信用风险管理、合规与业务风险控制以及客户管理系统的全面分析,总结出瑞信私人银行运营模式的基本特点,并得出我国商业银行如何发展私人银行业务的启示。
A comprehensive analysis is made on the organizational system, management regime, service models, production development, business strategy, credit risk management, compliance and business risk control and client relationship management system of private banking of Credit Suisse Group, summarizing the basic feature of operation model of private banking of Credit Suisse Group, giving some enlightenments for China on how to develop private banking business.
