摘要
文章基于一定的假设条件,建立监理单位和施工单位间的博弈模型,并求得Nash均衡,得出两方间的制约条件,为完善监理激励约束机制提供理论参考。
Based on certain assumption, game model between the supervision party and the contractor party is established to work out Nash equilibrium and the interaction of the two parties, providing theoretical reference for the supervision party to perfect its system of incentives and disincentives.
