黄皮种子脱水敏感性与脂质过氧化作用 被引量:32

摘要 黄皮种子自然脱水时,种子的发芽率和发芽指数迅速下降;种子浸泡液的电导率和可溶性物质的量大大增加;线粒体膜和质膜ATPase的活性下降;种子中SOD活性先上升,然后下降;脂质过氧化产物MDA和脂质氢过氧化物的量大大增加。DDC、MDA和Fe2+促进脂质过氧化作用,降低种子生活力;ASA和甘露醇对脂质过氧化有抑制作用,提高种子生活力。 Chinese wampee seeds which arevery sensitive to desiccation are typicalrecalcitrant seeds. The germination Percentage and germination index of seedsfell to zero when the moisture contentdecreased to 22. 4% from the originalaverage of 51 % (Fig. 1 ). When theseeds were first allowed to undergo natural desiccation, the amount of solublesubstance leaking out of the seeds intothe water in which the Chinese wampeeseeds were soaked was higher (Fig. 2).In the meantime, ATPase activities inmitochondrial membrane and plasmamembrane decreased (Fig. 3 ), andSOD activity in seeds rose at first, andthen declined (Fig. 3), and the productso f lipid Peroxidation, malondialdehyde(MDA ) and lipid hydroperoxides increased markedly (Fig. 4 ). ethyldithiocarbamic acid, MDA andFe2+ promoted lipid peroxidation, andlowered seed viability (Table 1 ). Ascorbic acid and mannitol retarded lipid Peroxidation, and improved seed viability(Table 1 ).
