体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿系结石13881例临床分析 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨体外冲击波碎石治疗泌尿系结石的效果和体会。方法回顾性分析ESWL治疗的13881例泌尿系结石患者。结果经ESWL的13881例泌尿系结石患者中,10322例1年内排尽结石,3354残留结石,205例碎石无效。结论ESWL是治疗泌尿系结石的首选方法,安全有效,易被患者接受,但要注意病例的选择。 [Objective] To investigate the effect of ESWL treatment for urology calculi [Methods] The effect of ESWL treatmenton 13881 patients, who were diagnosed as urology calculi was reviewd and analyzed. [Results] of the 13881 patients treated by ESWL, stones were excreted completely in 10322 patients in 3354 patients from within 1 year 205 patients esidual stone were ineffective [Conclusion] ESWL is first choice of treatnent for urology calculi and it is safe and widely accepted but attenttion must be paid to certain situation of some patients.
