摘要
目的研究人工膝关节置换术患者的步态特征。方法通过VICON步态分析仪对2005年3月～2006年4月期间行人工膝关节置换术的22例患者术前、术后步态进行分析。结果人工膝关节置换术后,患者步态参数及关节屈曲角度在6个月以内明显改善,术后1年患者步态仍未达到正常人群的水准。结论对人工膝关节置换术患者进行步态分析能够准确地描述患者真实的步态。
Objective To evaluate the walking ability of the patients undergoing total knee replacement. Methods From March 2005 to April 2006, 22 knees in 22 patients （9 males, 13 females; age from 53 to 78 years old, 67 years old on average） with osteoarthritis were evaluated by using VICON gait analysis system. Totally 10 knees underwent patella arthroplasty. All patients were followed up for an average of 13 months. Results All parameters of gait analysis had improved after total knee replacement. Conclusion Gait analysis can give the exact gait parameters of the patients undergoing total knee replacement.
