根据斗提机在生产过程中出现故障多的问题,借鉴国外的先进技术和经验,结合本公司配料所用原料的性能特点,对原斗提机的提斗形状、分料器等进行了改进,增加了专用抢修口,降低了设备的故障率,保证了配料生产线的稳定运行。
Consideration of the bucket elevator＇s faults happened frequently in its operation and the feature of the transported materials, the paper gives an improvement for the elevator by taking the foreign advanced technology and experience as reference. The improvement focus on the bucket shape, the material divider and adding a special - purpose of repair channel, so that the fault rate is lower and the material provider runs stably.
