分析MARPOL 73/78防污规则附则Ⅵ、欧盟2005/33/E和船用燃油标准ISO 8217:2005等国际法规及标准中对船用燃料油的要求。
This paper analyzed the requirements on marine fuel by some international regulations and standard effected recently,such as MARPOL Annex Ⅵ,EU directive 2005/33/EC and ISO 8217：2005.
