拒水粉用于抑制土壤腐蚀的研究

摘要 介绍了一种新型的防蚀高功能拒水粉(FGJ-9001),它含有超薄膜结构的材料,具有强的耐酸、耐碱、耐盐,耐老化、耐冻及耐热性能,使用时该材料以粉体的形式存在,具有三维自由可变性能,可以任意角度填充空隙。通过室内加速腐蚀实验、极化曲线实验、电解失重实验及对拒水粉单项指标的测定证明,这种材料用于防腐蚀工程,可较好地将腐蚀性强的土壤、介质隔离开来,阻碍电化学腐蚀过程的形成和发展,从而达到金属管道防腐蚀的目的。 A new kind of antirot material, FGJ-9001 high efficient water-proof powder, was introduced. The powder which composed of a super-thin membrane material had many good characteristics, such as water-proof, acid-proof, salt-proof, aging-proof, cold resistance, heat-proof and so on. Existing as powder and having the varying function in three dimensional direction, it could fill the vacant position on various angles. Results obtained from quick corrosion test in laboratory, polarization curve experiment, weight loss method and index measurement indicated that when being used in corrosion prevention project, FGJ-9001 could separate the metal pipeline from strong corrosive soil and medium and then inhibited the development and prevented the formation of electrochemical corrosion. Then the goal of preventing the corrosion of metal pipeline was attained.
