摘要
用模拟闭塞电池研究了EXCO溶液中LY12铝合金在模拟闭塞区内溶液的化学状态变化,即测定了溶液的pH值、Cl^-浓度及金属阳离子含量随时间的变化。按照上述分析结果配制了不同阶段的模拟闭塞区溶液,用三角波动电位扫描法测定了LY12铝合金及其晶间析出相和晶界贫铜区在溶液中的点蚀敏感性。
Chemical and electrochemical behaviors in corrosion pitts and cracks of LY12 alloy in EXCO solution were studied by simulated occluded cells. The pH value and variations of concentration of Cl- and metal ions in solution with the time were measured. Based on obtained results, solutions of simulated occluded cells in different stages were prepared. The pitting sensitivenesses of LY12 alloy and its phases at or near to grain boundaries in EXCO solution and in simulated solutions were measured by dynamic potential scanning method.
