Reduced Glutathione for Chronic Liver Disease: Observation of Curative Efficacy

摘要 目的:观察还原型谷胱甘肽治疗慢性肝病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:126例慢性肝病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,除给予相应对症治疗外,分别加用还原型谷胱甘肽、门冬氨酸钾镁治疗3wk,观察2组治疗前、后肝功能及临床症状变化。结果:治疗组治疗后肝功能及临床症状较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:还原型谷胱甘肽可改善慢性肝病患者肝功能。 OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect and safety of Reduced Glutathione in treating chronic liver disease. METHODS:A total of 126 patients with chronic liver disease were randomized to receive Reduced Glutathione(trial group)and Potassium Magnessium Aspartape(control group) for 3wk.The primary end points were liver function and change of clinical symptoms.RESULTS: The trial group showed significant improvement in liver function and clinical symptoms after 3-week treatment (P 〈 0.05), which was better than in control group(P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSION : Reduced glutathione can improve the liver function in patients with chronic liver.
