摘要
通过配置扩张网混凝土单向板与普通钢筋混凝土单向板的对比试验,分析了构件受力的全过程,研究了构件的破坏形态与机理,对两者的开裂荷载、极限承载力、刚度等方面进行了对比。由于扩张网特殊的构造,网丝与混凝土之间粘结应力的传递具有其特点,因而呈现出不同的粘结机理,并据此初步分析了粘结应力的传递规律及对扩张网混凝土板裂缝间距及宽度的影响。得出了将扩张网作为受力主材以改进和加强普通钢筋混凝土板的工程与理论意义。
Based on the contrast test of concrete one-way slabs reinforced with expanded metal mesh and common reinforced concrete one-way slabs, the whole bearing progress of the members is analyzed, the failure mechanism and configuration are researched, and the cracking load, ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness are compared. Owing to the special configuration of the expanded metal mesh, the transferring of bonding force between concrete and expanded metal mesh has its own characteristic. The bonding mechanism of them is discussed and the transferring rule of bonding forces and its influence on crack spacing and width are analyzed.
