摘要
通过羟甲丙烯酸树脂与酪素中的氨基(—NH2)、亚氨基(—NH—)、羧基(—COOH)、羟基(OH)缩合交联,提高酪素成膜的耐曲挠、耐水等综合理化性能。并对羟甲基丙烯酸树脂改性酪素的改性机理及其应用进行了探讨,从而提出了一种最新最有价值的酪素改性方法。
The physical-chemical properties of the casein film have been found in the improvements in the flexing resistance, water resistance, etc, with the help of condesation-crossliking hydroxymethyl acrylic resin with NH 2 , -NH-, COOH and OH in casein. The modification principles and the applications of the hydroxymethyl acrylic resin-modified casein are also investigated in the paper, resulting in putting forward to the update and valuable casein-modified methods.
