摘要 采用两种抗HCG(人绒毛膜促性腺激素)单克隆抗体,固相试管包被技术建立了HCG夹心免疫放射法(IRMA),与人促黄体激素、促卵泡激素和促甲状腺激素均无交叉反应。方法的灵敏度为0.5IU/L,批内、批间变异系数分别小于5.4%、6.4%。药盒4℃下存放1个月质量稳定。 An immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) for human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in serum is established based on two monoclonal antibodies against HCG. There are no cross-reaction with human luteinizing hormone (hLH), follicle stimulating hormone (hFSH) and thyroid stimulating hormone (hTSH). The sensitivity was 0.5U/L, and the recovery for different concentration of HCG was 91.65% ̄107.62%. The coefficients of variation for intra and inter-assay were less than 5.4% and 6.4% respectively. 125 I-McAb were stable under the storage of 4℃ for 97 days.
