^(99m)Tc-DTPA 和^(99m)Tc-EC 肾功能显像对高血压患者的肾功能估测 被引量:3

Renal function evaluation in hypertensive patients by 99m Tc-DTPA and 99m Tc-EC dynamic renography

摘要 利用99mTc-DTPA和99mTc-EC分别观测了32例和24例高血压患者的肾功能显像;同时与29例对照组作了比较。结果表明,原发性高血压患者的肾小球滤过率(GFR)明显下降,其分肾GFR之间无明显差别;肾血管性高血压患者GFR不仅低于对照组和原发性高血压组,且患侧肾脏GFR又低于健侧肾脏。两组高血压患者的肾有效血流量(ERPF)无明显差别,但均低于对照组。提示GFR和ERPF有助于了解高血压病人的肾功能状态和估测肾功能受损的程度。 Dynamic renography was performed in 56 cases of hypertensive patients and 29 controls using 99m Tc-DTPA or 99m Tc-EC. It was found that GFR of primary hypertension (PH) decreased significantly, but with no difference in the two kidneys, whereas in renovascular hypertension (RH) the GFR was lower than the PH and control group, also the GFR of diseased kidney was lower than contralateral normal side. ERPF between PH and RH was not significantly different, but both of them were lower than that of the control group. It suggested that ERPF and GFR may be some help for the understanding of renal functional state in hypertensive patients and also for evaluating the magnitude of renal injury.
