用溶胶—凝胶法合成La_(1-x)Li_xFeO_3纳米晶

摘要 采用溶胶—凝胶法合成了纳米晶LaFeO_3及掺杂Li的纳米晶La_(1-x)Li_xFeO_3光催化剂。用DTA,XRD和TEM方法对其结构进行了表征。实验结果表明:用溶胶—凝胶法制备的LaFeO_3和Li-LaFeO_3纳米晶都具有钙钛矿型的复合氧化物结构:同时焙烧温度对颗粒形貌和组成结构有影响,在700℃条件下焙烧2h形成的Li-LaFeO_3颗粒比600℃条件下焙烧2h形成的Li-LaFeO_3颗粒粒径要大,但粒径均属纳米级。 Nanocrystalline photocatalyzer LaFeO3 and La1-xLixFeO3 doped Li are synthesized by sol-gel method. The structures are investigated by DTA, XRD and TEM respectively. The results show that LaFeO3 and Li-LaFeO3 nano-crystals prepared by sol-gel method possess perovskite-type oxide composite structure. The treated temperature affects the morphologie and structure,the particle size of Li-LaFeO3 treated at 700℃ for 2 hours was larger than that of 600℃ for 2 hours, but both were nano grade.
