摘要
介绍了三维钢丝弯曲制件冲压模具设计,模具可在一个冲压过程中先后在2个方向进行冲压,一次即可完成。存在的主要问题是在冲压过程中钢丝坯料易被拉断,通过减小钢丝和模具间的摩擦力及变形力解决了问题。
The design of a bending and stamping die for a steel wire product was presented. The die can finish punching in two directions in sequence at one stamping process. Through the reduction of friction force and deformation force between the steel wire and die, the tensile failure problem of steel wire workblank during the stamping process was resolved.
