摘要
单倍体在作物育种、遗传分析、基因克隆等领域已得到广泛应用,并发现和创造了获得单倍体材料的多种途径。从雄核发育、雌核发育等途径介绍了植物单倍体创制的各种方法,并对单倍体在作物育种、种质资源创新、遗传分析、基因工程等方面的应用及其价值进行了概述。
Haploid has been widely used in crop breeding, genetic analysis and gene cloning, etc. and a series of pathways to obtain haploid has been found and developed. The paper introduces the methods for creating plant haploid through the pathway of male gametogenesis and female gametogenesis, and gives a summary of the application and value of plant haploid in crop breeding, germplasm creation, genetic analysis and genetic engineering.
